Okay guys and girls, we're going todo what is known as a Kb Bounce. You start off crossingyour hands to one side, open up to the other, punch parallel with both arms, punch up diagonally, cross again, open up, punch parallel, punch diagonally. At the same timeyou're punching diagonal, make sure you lift your leg up here. So punch, open, punch, diagonal, lift the leg up.
Boom.
To here, to here, and up. Raising the body here,like this. And… Up! Up!
And that's how you Kb Bounce.
