A complete joke from start to finish. There was no organisation what so ever and far far to many people on site due to pure financal greed. The safty of the pilots and spectators should be paramount but instead we were all egged on to stay till the end with promises of 'we are about to start the racing!!'. The nightmare trying to get out of the carpark (the general public took it upon themselfs to marshall ours in the end !!)was bad but compared to the thousands of people who got caught in the crush on the bridge used for walking across in the middle of the Longleat site this was a minor probem. I was in the middle of that crush with my 8 month old daughter in a push chair and i am not ashamed to admit i was terrified for both mine and of course more so her. It took at least one and a half hours to get that under control. I will never attend another Red Bull event or buy one of their products again. They should be in the least learning leasons from this and if they are not then the emergency services should be forcing them to do so for the sake of any of the public who decide in the future to attend any of their events.

I agree a complete mess up! I've never been so bored of the interior of my car. Though, if they do return I suspect there will still be thousands who will attend it.
Brenda
You need to put a timeline on here of the year AND the plane next to it so kids can get better information about them for school, like a history timeline.
adam
the red bull air race would of been better if the wather was a lot better and if they raced it would of been a really good day but they didnt
Geoff
Shambles doesnt even begin to describe it. Hours and hours of traffic jams. We gave up and went home. The only good news was that it was cancelled and we got our money back...but not petrol obviously. Longleat could not be a worse place to hold an event like this. Red Bull..never again. You have lost a huge amount of potential customers. A disaster!
SA
This event has to rank as one of the worst events in history for organisation. How did they ever think they were going to cope. The infrastructure they had in place was never going to be able to handle the volumes of traffic attending, and why leave it so late to cancel.
Georgia
The organisation of the car parking was atrocious, the roads around Longleat are not big enough for the greedy number of tickets Red Bull sold. I hope it never comes back.
Lee
We where stuck in a queue for the blue Car Park for 3 hours after a knightmare drive through heavy traffic. We saw 1 steward with no radio, who didnt have a clue what was going on. A complete Shambles

I am a professional pilot - the 0900 forcast should have seen the event cancelled. I also know for a fact at least one of the RB pilots knew it would never clear sufficiently. Longleat cannot cope with 100,000 people. Red Bull simply got greedy - shameful. Never, ever again and no more Red Bull ever in this household!
burt
wht a load of rubbish
u can get in for free y pay 拢35 when u can parkin horningsham and walk in the bk way down the plesure walk. the set up was a big farse
Caroline
Shambles - worst organised event ever - and we never even made it in... 10hours on the road.
angry
it cost us over 拢150 to attend after a 10 hour drive/queue to get there, 1 hour to queue for a burger, then 2 hours to get out of the car park and 4 1/2 hours to go home. It was a total shambles and Red Bull have refunded our 拢35!!! A great day out in the car.
Rob
A fruststrating day capped by appalling organsiation of people on foot during the event and in cars after the event. Welll worth avoiding next year (If the event returns)
JP
I'm glad it was cancelled. The organisational skills of longleat was appauling. Leading to trafic caos and hundreds of cars not being able to get into longleat before official race start time. At least we all got our money back as it was cancelled.
