A report into how much aid the world's eight leading economies give to Africa has criticised Italy and France in particular for failing to keep their promises.
The report, backed by people like the Microsoft Corporation's Bill Gates and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, says Italy has actually cut how much it gives, despite ambitious pledges made at the G-8 summit in 2005.
$21.5 billion had been promised to fight poverty in Africa by 2010 but only $seven billion has been paid.
Focus on Africa's Hassan Arouni asked Arunma Oteh, a Vice President of Corporate Services at the African Development Bank, why there was this shortfall.
