I think the only viable way of polissing is to have Blog representation on the Board of Moderators. Someone with the power of moderation could then simply strike out the long lists and other misdemeanors (like youtube links for example).
I think Thing Fish would be a good rep with maybe Mary Doll to sub him on Friday and Saturday nights.

Around 1975, I think, ther was a remake of The Who's rock opera 'Tommy' with a host of stars and an orchestral backing.

My favourite song from Tommy ( apart form Pinball Wizard) is Eyesight To The Blind and this rendition by Richie Havens is truly excellent.
