Tòisich le mayonnaise sa bhobhla. Geàrr an t-uinnean dearg, an t-siobaid, agus gherkin no dhà gu math meanbh agus cuir dhan bhobhla iad.
Tha cròglach capers agus sgrìobadh rùisg is sùgh leth liomain a dol ann cuideachd.
Mu dheireadh cuir ann mustard gràineanach agus measgaich a h-uile sìon còmhla.

GREGOR'S TARTARE SAUCE

Mayonnaise
Half a red onion
1 spring onion
1-2 gherkins
Capers
½ lemon – rind and juice
Teaspoon of wholegrain mustard

You can play around with the above measurements according to taste.
Starting with some mayonnaise in the bowl add the red onion, the spring onion and one or two gherkins, all of which finely chopped.
Add a handful of capers and the zest and juice of half a lemon.
Finally add some wholegrain mustard and give it all a good stir.
