Yvonne's Smash Burger Wraps

SMASH BURGER WRAPS - SERVES 4

800g Mince Beef
Mini Tortillas
8 Cheese Slices
Salt and Pepper

BURGER SAUCE

25g Gherkins/Cornichons (drained and finely chopped)
1tsp American Mustard
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Ketchup

METHOD

1. Split the meat into 100g balls and flatten each of them onto your tortilla.
2. Add your seasoning of salt and pepper. Heat a medium sized pan and cook the tortilla, meat side down without oil.
3. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. The meat should start sizzling, cook until brown and slightly crispy.
4. Carefully flip the tortilla over and cook for a further 2 minutes.
5. Add your chosen garnish and sauce and serve!
