Yvonne's Gluten Free Wraps

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • cooking Spray
  • grated Cheese
  • Cream Filling
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sliced Ham
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Rocket
  • Balsamic Glaze

Method

  1. Thinly slice the potatoes using a peeler and place the slices in the shape 4 squares, on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
  2. Spray each square with the cooking spray, then sprinkle them with cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove your potato square from the oven and allow them to cool a little.
  5. Take a potato square, spread one half of it with your cream cheese. Sprinkle it with chilli flakes, salt and pepper, two pieces of sliced ham and top with rocket.
  6. Fold over, and enjoy!
