Yvonne's Gluten Free Wraps
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- cooking Spray
- grated Cheese
- Cream Filling
- Cream Cheese
- Sliced Ham
- Chilli Flakes
- Rocket
- Balsamic Glaze
Method
- Thinly slice the potatoes using a peeler and place the slices in the shape 4 squares, on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
- Spray each square with the cooking spray, then sprinkle them with cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, for 10 minutes.
- Remove your potato square from the oven and allow them to cool a little.
- Take a potato square, spread one half of it with your cream cheese. Sprinkle it with chilli flakes, salt and pepper, two pieces of sliced ham and top with rocket.
- Fold over, and enjoy!
