Nazi suppression of Jews and minorities
A description of how Hitler managed to get away with so many inhumane and aggressive policies. Rearmament was sold to the rest of the world as Germany鈥檚 attempt to ensure that it could defend itself. In a climate that recognised the severity of the Treaty of Versailles and harboured a fear of another such war, Germany鈥檚 rearmament did not prompt any country to threaten invasion. The secret bombers and submarines told a different story. The clip also shows examples of how the professions were stripped of non-Nazis, with an example being made out of those who dared to protest.
