Greg has been cooking from an early age. He is so obsessed with food that it even determines his and his wife’s’ holiday destinations. One of the best meals of his life was on his wedding day in Santorini where the couple travel back to often. Over the years he has amassed hundreds of cookbooks
Greg has fond childhood memories of his mother creating masterpieces in the kitchen to ordering oysters at the age of five when he went to the races with his father in Brighton. Since then he has had a particular fondness for seafood and fish
His favourite chefs are Ferran Adria and Michel Roux Jr and he aspires to work with food in a similar way, focusing on challenging peoples food perceptions as well as recreating the classics with his own twist. He likes to experiment in the kitchen with flavours and textures. Greg would one day love to run his own restaurant
When he’s not refining techniques in the kitchen, Greg enjoys spending time with his Wife and exploring the world together whenever they get the chance to travel.
