Harvest

As its October we went to our polytunnel to see how our crops were doing.
We delled for tatties, picked the sweetcorn, lifted the beetroots and picked the onions. \We also picked some of the Broccoli, Raspberries and the Tomatoes.

Here

Some of our produce will be eaten as part of school dinners & the rest will be sold or given away.

Calendars Calendars Everywhere

We're compiling our calendars frantically to meet demand.
The year ahead of us.

Da Hairst

We've grown over 13 kilos of tatties in our polytunnel and worked really hard this week harvesting all the produce.
Tomatos are all we can see.

We've got loads of pictures but, because it takes so long to resize them, all our photos are on the school website. This link should take you there:
http://www.fetlar.shetland.sch.uk/school/Polytunnel_October_Update_2007.shtml
but, if not, please copy it into your browser.

Happy Holidays!!!!

Technical Fault

We're having technical difficulties at the school. A series of 3 powercuts (totalling 15 hours combined) has caused our IT network to go awry.

We can't access the web, maintain the website or read / reply to the emails. Apologies to all those people who have requested calendars. As soon as we are able to access the network we will start dealing with the requests.

Thanks for your interest though!!
