Sorry FI they do take up a lot of time.On another front it would be a great help from a monthly download view point if you could remove your cook ad ( nothing against free range cooks, have seen the battery system at a family farm in the midlands and was not impressed)

I like the chook-saver ad and if it makes even just one other person sign up then it 's a good thing. As soon as I hear the parp-parp-parp DING! I know exactly whose blog I'm on!

I like the ad as well. in our village we have a guy who rears organic free range chckens,turkeys and capons--they really are tastier and the fresh eggs we can buy on a daily basis yum yum

looks like you need a good fairy Angela to wave her time wand for you, Kristin had something similar posted recently, as I said to her, the children grow fast, I know it dosen't seem like it but they do, in 10 years from now you can have lots of studio time but your your children will be teenages their young years gone, don't pack up completely, work small, sketch book work, experiment, give the creative soul some fuel, our children only take a small part of our adult years, best thougths Frances,

IT's advice sounds pretty good to me. Anyway, you want your kids, as they grow up, to see you in the studio from time to time. That should expend their horizons. Also, this way, they'll remember you in an additional setting, not giving up, being creative, struggling and finding satisfaction or even contentment. 'tis another lesson for the kids to learn through osmosis.

Not being a parent I couldn't comment on the time that children take up - well actually seeing as I am petrified of children I would actually use up a lot of time hiding from them! But I often feel the draw of time also as there does seem to be an enormous lack of it. The thing that I realised is that I quite often use that as an excuse when I am finding something difficult or haven't completed what I am working on - naturally it is because I have no time. Don't let time beat you down, even if you can find little creative things to do within its confines you are beating it!
