A new bill governing religions in Rwanda not yet been passed by parliament but already raising concerns among some religious leaders, sets some conditions for those who plan to open a new church in the country.
Some religious leaders are preparing to protest against the new draft law, saying that some of its articles will jeopardise freedom of worship.
