We hope you enjoyed the last 9 weeks as much as we enjoyed making it. Thanks for all your comments, suggestions and Twitter-based-banter! This is Russell saying thanks but have a great Christmas and new year and hopefully we'll see you again soon...

Best bit of the Christmas show has to be Russell's impression of Cheryl Cole, it had me crying laughing. Great series, hope it comes back next year.

    Hey Russ,
Great series, or at least what I saw of it. Anyway, the good news team and your self must put a lot of hard work into the show every week, and it payed off in the end. Hope you have a good Christmas and New Year. :)

    Hi Tris,
Thanks for everyone's hard work over the last few months. This series is one of the best things on TV at the moment. Hope you all have a great Christmas and New Year and I am looking forward to the next series of Good News - make it soon!

Can I ask a question: who does the theme track for Good News and where can I get it from?

    Thanks

i'd just like to say that russell is the hottest and funniest guy in comedy at the moment. ranging from "see ya later dad, we're goin down the garden centre" to the hilarious cheryl cole impression (and dude don't blame ya for not taking the piss out of the giant guy lol) i've loved every minute of it. thank you russell (and the team) xoxoxoxox

Awesome series. Just hypothetically speaking, if (let's face it, when) a new series gets commissioned, when would we know about it?

Thank you Russell Howard and the Good News team for such a great series. It was good to have a programme that showed the happy and funny side to the news. And Russell did a fantastic job of hosting his own show, in contrast of just being one of a very big group.

Let's just hope that series two will be filmed soon in the New Year.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone at Russell Howard's Good News.
