I know it may seem a little inappropriate.... BUT i've just been watching Young,autistic and stagestruck, it was incredibly touching and enlightening about children living with autisim in some of it's many forms. Right at the end on the preview of next weeks show, which I will be watching, this one lad who "raps" said the most amazing thing.... "I won't dance unless they let me do my EARTH MONKEY HIP HOP" seriously that has to be a sight to behold and I can't wait. I have so many questions, what is EARTH MONKEY HIP HOP?, does it hurt?,can i do the earth monkey hipity hop? Anyway you must try to wacth the rest of this amazing series, these kids can teach us all a thing or two about how we look at and treat people. Look out for BEN he's a lovely kid and incredibly intelligent he's able to communicate his world on such a beautiful level.

What is the name of the guy in the good news clip at the end of episode 3. He was truly inspirational, and I would like to find out more about him.

Australian guy whose been in hospital for 104 days with multi drug resistant tb. Has started making rap videos describing his time in there!

There is one story that never fails to make me cry:

I strongly feel that we need to share these stories of love and hope, to inspire and encourage. People say that society today is a shambles, but I have an opposite opinion. I say that all is highlighted in society nowadays are the negative aspects, not enough light is shed on the positives, but in a way this is a blessing, for light shines the greatest in the darkness ^__^

me and my friends have loads of ideas to have fund raisers but have never had the chance to be able to do one. e.g. sponsored hugs for random people like 1000 hugs between 2 people. I have had the idea to take a stand on individuality by wearin plain white masks areound with black cloths and hoddies then at the end reveal unique clothing.

Theres this insane story about KFC creating a sandwhich, with no extra bread instead just two extra pieces of chicken it is called the Double Down Chicken Sandwhich. This has sparked concern in america (the only country getting it) As some people are worried about the content of the sandwhich and the increasing % of obecity. Heres a direct link.

My name is Gavin Newell-Hill and I am writing to you on behalf of our charity STABLE; I have seen you on tv talking about life with your brother and your experiences of his epilepsy. Three and half years ago I lost my brother Carl to Sudep (sudden unexpected death attributed to epilepsy); he had struggled with his epilepsy for over ten years and medication proved ineffective at controlling his seizures. Throughout Carl's life, upon his death and the inquest that followed my family and I were offered very little advice or support and we decided to try and ensure that other people should not have to suffer a loss in the way we had. So we created STABLE and work constantly to support anyone that is affected by epilepsy, whether they are a person who experiences seizures or someone who supports those that do.

And so we come to the reason for my email, in our constant work of raising awareness about epilepsy we at STABLE are seeking a patron for our charity. Our aim is always to find someone whose life has been personally affected by epilepsy and due to the way that epilepsy is viewed, often with disdain and embarrassment, finding someone is comfortable speaking openly about living with epilespy is difficult. As one brother to another who has seen the way epilepsy can control and disrupt the life of a sibling I wish to ask you to consider becoming STABLE's patron.

Thought this story was quite funny because its quite impossible to smuggle a dead body on a plane by just putting it in a wheelchair and sunglasses!

In early December, my 19 year old brother Ollie was killed in a car accident, he was amazingly populer that 700 people turned up to his funeral! We live in a small town in cornwall called Looe, and the people of Looe wanted to make a tribute to Ollie, and as he was a keen surfer and spent the majority of his time in the sea, our towns RNLI have decied to name their new lifeboat after Ollie. Which needs to raise 31,000 for this fundraising apeal, which now has caused Looe and the surrounding towns to come together and are working together to raise the money needed for the lifeboat! And many amazing events are begging to take place, such as 25 people including myself are doing a sponored skydive, and many festivals and balls are taking place also to raise money for Ollie!
i realise its not a story that many will be interested in , but i waned to share and give Looe and the surrounding areas some recognision on their hard work and dedication to my amazing big brother Ollie.

Russell, you have got to get mileage out of the audience at the 大象传媒 leader's debate aftershow that was part of the ten o'clock news on Thursday. It was like a convention for the vulnerable. I have managed to find a clip on youtube entitled "Terrified man in 大象传媒 audience", check it out here If you can get access to the whole piece on VT I am sure I also saw someone dressed up as Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys during his weird phase, but the star of the show is the blonde/possibly ginger gentleman in the white shirt sitting behind and to the right of the presenter. Throughout the full piece, which is several minutes long, his look ranges from that of a rabbit startled in headlights right through to a potential serial killer. It was so funny at the time that me and my other half were literally crying as it unfolded.

Enjoy, it is one of the funniest things you will see in a long time.

You're an exceptional person, you're my inspiration. You're more than a comedian, you publicise inspirational stories, do fundraising and encourage people to spread happiness. If more people were like you, the world would be a lot better.
I originally watched Good News because you were one of my favourite comedians but now I watch it for the 'It's not all doom and gloom' section 'cause it moves me and makes me smile.

hello russell and his Team, I recently watched the latest doctor who and have found that DR WHO has really made a hash of the new Dalek design. They look like some sort of puffed up Power Rangers haha. They have more colours than the next range of I-Pod. Maybe instead of shouting Exterminate they will shout "Taste the rainbow" from the Skittles adverts, as if looking like salt shakers wasn't enough haha.

Man arrested for slapping rival with snake

A US man has been arrested for slapping another man across the face with a four feet python in a motel.

I have just heard of this so if it's been done before sorry, but here goe's, I heard about this police officer who tasered a man who had just recovered from an epiltic fit. Now how bad does the fit have to be for him to be tasered whilst he's fitting.

Hey Russell here's a good bit for your "Good News" show - i was just watching the The london marathon and I noticed that at the start of the men's elite race there was a bloke blatently playing with his nipples just before the race start. you can't miss the guy he is on the right of the screen as the camera points and he is in a light blue vest.
