Throughout
the years the Bevere Vivis Gallery has grown and moved from the
cellars of Bevere Knoll to the converted Coach House where it now
offers in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere constantly changing
exhibitions of affordable art by local, professional and up and
coming artists.
There
is a full programme of events including featured artists of the
month, charity events, children鈥檚 events and illustrated talks and
demonstrations.

The
gallery also regularly run one day and weekend leisure courses suitable
for beginners and the more experienced in subjects such as watercolour
painting, oil and acrylic painting, sketching, woodturning, working
with willow, lace making, clay sculpting, papier-mache and mosaic.
The
Gallery has a creative picture framing department offering a full
framing service. Some of the more unusual objects that have been
framed have been a cricket bat, stumps and ball, spanish decorative
fans, fossils, children鈥檚 resin footprints, divorce certificates,
christening robes and assorted collectibles from cast lead soldiers
to scalextric cars.
