Inspired by her sister, Alicia started playing the violin aged four years old and later picked up the clarinet at six years old, after discovering the instrument for herself. She is currently studying in the junior department of the Royal Academy of Music as a joint first study musician. In addition to solo performing, she loves chamber and orchestral playing. One of her favourite things to do is sight read though pieces of chamber music with her friends from the Royal Academy of Music and the National Youth Orchestra. Alicia is currently in Year 12 at school, studying Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Music A Levels. Other than playing and listening to music, Alicia also loves camping, hiking, and baking.
