Maya Broman Crawford-Phillips is a Swedish/English violinist, currently studying with Akiko Ono at the Yehudi Menuhin School. In 2019 Maya was selected to participate in the Young Musicians Academy run by the National Center for Music Talents in Vänersborg, Sweden. She also regularly performs across Europe with the O/Modernt Chamber Orchestra as part of their New Generation programme.
In January 2024, Maya performed with Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra for the finals of the Polstjärne competition.
Maya is an avid chamber musician and in her free time enjoys sightreading with her friends, reading and cooking.
