Lucy is ambitious and will step on or over any of her co-workers to get to the top but not because she's mean. She simply believes she deserves it.
All Lucy wants is for people to like her as much as she likes herself. And what's not to like? Her quick wit, loveable smile, outrageous office pranks and ability to make Matthew feel tiny (even tinier than he already is) make her instantly likable. Unless you're Matthew of course.
