Show 7: 28 October - ZZzzzzzzzzzz

The Davey's revelations about Alan's earth-shattering snoring problem seem to have struck a chord with all those resigned to a life on the sofa. Or worse, on the bathroom floor...

This week we had the lovely Joan Bakewell to help steer us through the show in a roughly straight line…discussing the guardian angels of Paragliding diva Nicky Moss, podcasting pirates, and the inheritance tracks of the B&B Landlady of the year. This week's poet was the tartan troubadour himself, Elvis Mcgonagall. And of course there was Heinz Wolff and those winking bears. Stay out of the woods, my friends.

We’re looking for more people to take part in our ‘My Philosophy’ feature, so if you have some ponderings, send them in here

Great Show - and it may help me stop snoring! But the best things were Elvis McGonagall's poems, which were funnier than ever. The one about te Koala Bear and the parachutist had me chuckling all morning. Elvis deserves to be buried in Westminster Abbey - or maybe under the Stone of Scone - but not too soon!

I used to have a snoring problem. My wife helped me by giving me a nudge and warning me about the possibility of dying from aspiration.
