The Doddridge Centre is a busy, welcoming resource centre providing a wide range of facilities and support to community and volutary groups, including:
* A Community Cafe open Tuesday - Friday 11.00am - 2.00 pm - within the Northampton healthy Living Centre and Food for Thought Partnership - supported by NBC and the New Opportunities Fund
* Day Centres for Age Concern, Northampton Healthcare Trust and the Parkinson's Society: training space for the Red Cross
* meeting/conference spaces for hire weekday/evenings (plus catering)regular users including Northamptonshire Women's Network, Marriage Care, Welfare Rights Advisory Service, Citizen's Advice Bureau
* offices for various charities and groups including Care and Repair, Northamptonshire Black History Project, Independent Visitors, PIN, Scope and the Northamptonshire Somali Community Forum
* a Community Resource Room for free use by emerging groups and use of our premises as an address and networking with similar groups
*activities including learning in a supportive environment - UK Online Outreach Project (funded by GOEM and NOF), basic computer skills classes - and for leisure Annette's School of Yoga, Phoenix Bridge Club, Hot Dogs 'N'Cool Cats, Line Dancing, Ballroom Dancing
The Doddridge Centre is accessible just outside the town centre close to Northampton Railway Station, with a bus stop just outside and its own car park.
