“At Stewartby it’s a really, really busy surgery, really busy. And Ridgmont was much more, the pace was much slower, and they’re nicer people. I think being a small yard people are much more communicative. When I come down here there were 1,280 people, and they were queuing to come into the surgery, so, we didn’t have much chance. And we had doctors in here then, and we used to have doctors on a Tuesday, and doctors on a Thursday, and you would still do your other patients, you know, in between. I think we’ve just got 260, 280 at the moment, so. I work from half past six to half past four, and Friday 1 o’clock. Because you had to get here for the production – the production starts and the bus comes in about 20-to-7 [6.40am] so they like you to get here in front of the bus. Because they come off the bus and they come for their treatments. But I enjoy work, I love work. Every day has been different and I love working. I shall miss it when the day comes - I’m dreading it."
