Liudmila Dudinova was born in Chelyabinsk, Russia. In 2002 she graduated with honours from the Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory in St Petersburg.
She was a soloist of the Academy of Young Opera Singers of the Mariinsky Theatre and in 2004 she won third prize at the Sixth International Rimsky-Korsakov Young Opera Singers' Competition.
At the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St Petersburg in 1998 she sang the soprano part in Mozart's Requiem. In 2001 she sang the title role Iolanta (Tchaikovsky). On the stage of the Mariinsky Theatre she performed in Il trittico (Puccini), Tebaldo Don Carlos, and Cook La Rossignol (Stravinsky). Also on the stage of the Mariinsky Theatre in 2004 she performed in a new production of Rimsky-Korsakov's opera The Snow Maiden in the role of Snegurochka; and the role of the Maid in Stravinsky's The Nightingale.
Her repertoire includes Antonida A Life for the Tsar, Ludmila Ruslan and Ludmila, Marfa The Tsar's Bride, Swan Princess Tsar Saltan, Ninetta The Love of Three Oranges, Lucia Lucia di Lammermoor, and Zerlina Don Giovanni.
Liudmila also takes an active part in the concert life of the Academy of Young Opera Singers of the Mariinsky Theatre.
She likes to spend her spare time with her family.
