Mutton stew is not bad either, with good New Mexican chili generously ladled in. The Best Western restaurant in Chinle, AZ, makes a superb chili stew. Of course, braised mutton wrapped in a Navajo fry bread (not called: fried bread), with a roasted green chili pod on the side, is a delight and should set you well on your way to diabetes land. # Do you have clapshot with roast? biscuits (southern US) and gravy? # Did you have lots of mutton in Australia, FC, and what on earth were you doing there?
