This has led to the concept of a quality chainsTreating each person in the production process as a customer who must be satisfied. whereby everyone in the organisation is treated like a customer.
Companies should always be looking for continuous improvementAn approach which involves small, ongoing positive changes to reap major improvements. Also known as Kaizen. which means the organisation can stay ahead of the competition.
