We are so sorry that we are unable to accommodate these bookings at the moment but we look forward to welcoming them on board in the future. We do everything possible to ensure all our guests have the most fantastic and comfortable experience on our cruises. We take pride in being inclusive and want to make sure we get it right.

It is vital that guests inform us as soon as possible prior to their holiday if they will need assistance in the unlikely event of an emergency and advise of the devices they need to bring.

Guests should complete the ‘On-board needs’ questionnaire on My P&O Cruises as soon as possible after booking to provide detailed information about their mobility needs and equipment and so that their devices are able to be stored with sufficient room and accessed safely by guests and by crew as required in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Therefore any guest who uses a powered mobility device must be booked into a fully accessible cabin or a selected suite or mini-suite. We will work with guests to find a suitable alternative date should these cabins not be available on their preferred date.

Reasonable out of pocket expenses will be considered and reimbursed. Guests should email the relevant ship email address and attach proof of purchase such as the invoice.
