Ecosave365- January 2025

Ecosave365

We have recently heard from several viewers who have not been able to get their deposit back from Ecosave365 after the window upgrade company could not fulfil the services it promised.

We spoke to Tracey and her husband Derrick, from Stoke-On-Trent, who were unable to get their £850 deposit back, after Ecosave365 told them that their conservatory roof would not be able to take the weight of the new glass. We also met Michael and Lorna who could not get their £200 deposit back, after Ecosave365 pulled out of repairing their windows. And Linda from Cheshire told us about how the company refused to refund her a £479 deposit, after it was unable to fulfil a window and door replacement at the price they previously promised.

We contacted Ecosave365 and it said that it takes all complaints seriously, and it sincerely apologises to the complainants if they feel that there has been a delay in reviewing their complaints.

It said that the company has expanded significantly over the past year, and there have been administrative issues in this period. It continued that the company is investing in improvements to its administrative processing systems, which will help to eliminate any repetition of the highlighted issues faced by customers.

Finally it said that the company has now completed its investigation into the highlighted matters, and has since made a full repayment to those customers.
