Belvedere Clinic told us that it has provided high quality treatment to thousands of individuals since 1983. It says it apologises unreservedly for delays experienced by some patients, which it says is down to enforced closures of the clinic in previous years for various reasons outside of its control.

It says that it continues to reschedule and perform operations for all these patients.

In terms of Kelly and Stephanie, it says that their procedures weren’t completed because the company they had their contract with, Medical Commissioning Limited, went into liquidation.
