Six stars who have admitted to sending drunk texts

So, it's not just normal people who have a few drinks and then decide it's the right time to message someone they fancy. Famous people do it too, and has just admitted to sending drunk texts to one of the most famous women in the world.

Grimmy discusses Drake drunk-texting J.Lo

Drake confessed to sliding into her DMs after a few drinks in his new tune.

It's a bit of a relief to discover we're not alone, TBH, so here are six celebrities who have sent drunk texts (or tweets in one case) that make us feel a little bit better about our own late-night actions.

Drake

is one of the most famous men in music, but his love life isn't quite as smooth as you might expect.

He's made no secret about how much he's in love with - but she's not that interested. Now, in his new track Free Smoke he admits to sending drunk texts to .

"I drunk text J-Lo, Old number, so it bounce back," he raps on the song.

Well, at least she didn't read it, eh?

Little Mix

At least 50% of send drunk texts, with Leigh-Anne and Perrie admitting to sending messages to their exes after a few glasses of wine.

"Story of my life," said Leigh-Anne in an interview with Buzzfeed.

"All the time," said Perrie.

Fortunately, bandmate Jade was on hand with some advice.

"You can get an app now where it stops you from contacting certain people," she recommended.

But Perrie had a more permanent plan to keep the mornings-after shame free.

"Or you can just block and delete their number – that’s always the best way isn’t it?"

Jesy was conspicuous by her absense from this conversation. She was probably too busy on her phone sending things she'd regret.

Charli XCX

worked with Rita Ora on their 2015 hit, Doing It, and we are fairly thrilled to discover this pop friendship is ongoing.

How do we know? Charli sends Rita messages when she's tipsy.

"I drunk text Rita Ora from time to time," she told Nylon magazine in December 2016.

Hopefully it's to arrange their next pop smash.

Cara Delevingne

Cara's a well-connected girl and she aims for the top when she drunk texts. She slides into the DMs of actual royalty after a few drinks.

Her Suicide Squad co-star Margot Robbie spilled Cara's secrets in a 2016 interview with The Daily Star.

"We just talk about regular girl stuff. She is like 'I’ve had sex on a plane' and I’ll be like 'yeah, but I’ve had it on a jet ski'," Margot says of their ultra-competitive friendship.

"And she will then blow me out of the water and tell me she 'drunk texts' Prince Harry. So I’m just like 'okay, you win'."

PS. Sex on a jet ski? We're not buying it.

Zara Larsson

confessed to her 860,000 Twitter followers that she sends drunk texts.

But she more importantly stated that if she does message in the middle of the night, please don't remind her about it the next day.

"If I drunk text you at 4 am, don't get back to me in the morning," she wrote on Twitter.

Lets hope she doesn't have number in her phone.

Adele

So what's worse - drunk texting or drunk tweeting? At least with texting, you're only embarrassing yourself in front of one person.

But if you drunk tweet, like , you're doing it in front of millions.

"I mean I'm not a drinker any more, but when Twitter first came out I was, like, drunk tweeting, and nearly put my foot in it quite a few times," she told Graham Norton when she filmed her 2015 special, .

"So my management decided that you have to go through two people and then it has to be signed off by someone."

However, this hasn't stopped Adele running rampant on social media, sober or not. But now, she does it through a 'secret' Twitter account which she admits she uses during a recent live show in Australia.

And Adele isn't the only one to drunk tweet...

Other celebs, including Chris Pratt and have also made the mistake of opening their social media apps while under the influence.

Luckily, neither of them did any harm.
