The greatest love story Radio 1 ever told
Nick Grimshaw gets on with all his guests but there's something special in the air when Jake Gyllenhaal is in the room.
There's a special bromance between the two, which we've seen blossom since Nick first interviewed Jake on Radio 1 in 2012.
This week Jake returned to the Radio 1 studios to talk about his latest movie, Life, but also to flirt a little with Nick. Here's our favourite part from their chat.
Jake Gyllenhaal: "I tried to send you flowers but they were rejected"
Nick and Jake's bromance reaches new levels...
Nick once told that speaking to Jake Gyllenhaal brought him out with a rash, he likes him so much.
"He is really attractive and really lovely and really funny. He's absolutely ideal and I get this weird rash, which isn't very cool, around my neck. It's really obvious," he said.
"I just did my podcast with Caroline Flack and she said I talked to Jake Gyllenhaal really differently than every other guest, just because I fancy him."

They first bonded over beards
Nick: "Jake Gyllenhaal is here, who I can't really see."
You have stubble... It looks good
Jake: "You're blind but that's OK, it's radio."
Nick: "It's just a haze, through the haze I can see a little bit of beard and that's all."
Jake: "You have stubble which I can see very clearly. It looks good."

Jake: "Will you make me a promise, you're going to grow your facial hair for the rest of November?"
Nick: "I will grow it to Christmas for you."
Jake: "I expect a photograph of some sort."
Nick: "That can be your Christmas present, a beard close-up."
Jake's film Southpaw gave Nick all the feels - which in turn moved Jake
Nick: "I have a bone to pick with you, your film is an awesome film but it has ruined my week... I've thought about it since Tuesday."
Jake: "I'm so glad. It makes me so happy that you're so broken hearted, in some way."
There's no hiding the mutual appreciation
Jake: "Nick, you're phenomenal."
Nick: "As are you Jake."
Jake: "Trading phenomenals!"
Jake even got a little bit kinky...
Jake: "I wish there was a cot here. I'd sleep here, be here every morning, I'd be a producer behind you, they'd give me my own whip. It's be great."
Nick got direct when Jake tried to beat around the bush
Jake: "There's a large percentage of our bodies that is made up of water and if the ocean is affected by the moon, then why wouldn't we be in some way.
The moon brought us together
"It was reported that I said we were controlled by the moon, which makes me feel strange because it means I am only here on this show because of the moon but I don't feel that way, i'm here because you are a great guy and I love your show."
Nick: "The moon brought us together."
