On Friday 75 people turned up at Area 51, a secretive military base in Nevada rumoured to house secrets about extra terrestrial life. If four times as many people want to travel in a spacecraft compared with just seeing one, and each craft can take up to 8 people, how many space craft are needed to take all the passengers away from earth?

If 4 in 5 people want to travel, then this is (75/5)x4=60 travellers. 60/8=7.5. Therefore 8 craft are needed although not all of them will be full.
