Well thankyou MrFredBlog, middle name Efficiency! (when it isn't Endeavour) They look like someone's favourite bits of dolls houses saved for posterity...but, tantalisingly, no information...I was wondering if the maker might be a member of the FB household...I've always been interested in art-in-boxes...can't quite get my claws into them...*grrr*

Hi Fred Many thanks for sending the information. I have been keeping an eye on your progress with great interest, and I must say I am very impressed. A man of many talents by looks of things. Good luck with the kitchen and regards to your family.
Mandy from Hull
Yes, Flying Cat I made them, I only make one-offs.....I could not get in closer cos the flash hit on the glass. Mandy nice to hear from you, Yes its like a busmans holiday here after building Out of Town sheds it should be easy for me LOL please keep in-touch.
Fred from Point
the maker is FB, houses of all shapes and sizes....
mrs FB from from inside the project zone
I am impressed, Fred. The varied interests and skills of those who migrate to the islands quite impress me. # About showers: in view of your silence concerning your turbo charged shower, I will have to resign myself to shower under the skies in the arroyo, the rare times it rains around here. And if I were to get struck by lightning, and die in the buff, while doing so, you will be the one to blame.
mjc from NM,USA
It's a heavy responsibility. Let's hope a hard rain's gonna fall in NM very soon.

mjc......please email me on fbarnham@aol.com so I can send you the info as it will be resticted here....Anne had already re edited my version before as it was bordering on advertising.
Fred from Point
Fred, you've done it now. Never, and I repeat NEVER, do anything that FC wants. He/It will be asking you to do all manner of things. This is the thin edge of the wedge, trust me. You will live to regret this one day. It will be a tombstone round your neck, or whatever the saying is. You've made your cross, now you must bear in it. We've all got our beds to make. So think on, next time, never trust cats because....
Tws from A Better Place
Thanks Fred - will do. # About rainfall, it is the "monsoon" season in the high desert of Albuquerque. What a laugh. Thunder, lightning, and no bl**dy rain to quench my plants' thirst: so, back to pilfering the aquifer.
mjc from NM,USA
that explains it TWS, FB is always calling me a grave digger..lol

Well.....mjc the weather has taken a turn I have been subjected to putting up the 6 man tent as my workshop due to the power tools, as I got fed up with packing the tools away everytime it rained, but it wont dampen my spirit and its business as usual. :o)
Fred from Raining Heavy
WOW little mini-worlds!! Do you make barn boxes??
Michelle Therese from Things Go Moo in the Night...
Michelle, I think a barn would be to big for these boxes as they are on 1:12 scale or 1 inch to 1 foot scale, when we move I could not take a large water mill, and a 14th centrury quay I left those to the new buyers of our old house so they could enjoy hopefully.......but I have now installed a pond in the fromt garden, and want to build my little girl a windmill, my wife thinks I should build a model village? what do you think !!
Fred from Point
You're a sort of human whirlwind....what will you do in a few weeks time when everything is rebuilt, refurbished and restored? It took fpu 6 years to establish Pond1 here at Rolling Acres...
Flying Cat from stands back in amazement
Why does taking 6 years to establish Pond 1 at Rolling Acres not surprise me?
Tws from Pondville
Fred, how many hours are there in your day? And I assume your Sabbath is made for working, or perhaps pond-ering? # Maybe you could come to southern Indiana and build my daughter her life's dream, a fishing shack by the river (with computer hookups, bookshelves and a kitchenette): of course, Fred, I only pay by the hour (on that basis you are bound to be the bargain of the century).
mjc from NM,USA
I don't know Tws, why does taking 6 years to establish Pond1 at Rolling Acres not surprise you? (Is there a prize for the right answer? Oh no, wait a minute...)
Flying Cat from a hard stare
MJC............no I have been really good and work 6 days a week, keeping to a good rule on Sabbath. I promise to slow done eventually :o) TWS / FC be nice now?
Fred from Point
That'll be the da-a-ay when I die!
