I'm Anne, your new contact at IBHQ. Graham is off to work on new projects, so I'll be taking his place here.

I've been reading the blogs for some time now so I already feel as though I know many of you quite well, but I'm looking forward to catching up with you all over the coming months.

Oh, and just so you know, IBHQ has moved from the bunker in Glasgow to Aberdeen - so we're not so close to Sunny anymore, but a wee bit nearer Ruthodanort!
