Unfortunately I am not home at the moment Im a vet student at the Royal Veterinary College. I am enjoying seeing my home on TV; I just wanted to say, that our farm, Cornabus, on the South side of the Island, on the road heading to Kintra. It has such a diverse range of birds, we have about 30 breeding pairs of lapwings on the hill, a pair of hen harriers, a family of buzards and you usually see the odd pergrine. the best time is either very early in the morning or at dusk, but the lapwings are always around. Just a thought for filming my parents would be more than happy to accomdate you - there number 01496302005

I love Springwatch, and the highlights are definitely the items from Islay. We visited Mull first about 10 years ago, fell in love with the scenery and wildlife, especially the eagles, and go back to Scotland each year to see more birds. Please keep on filming the fantastic islands of Scotland, and the wildlife, and maybe visit Tiree and the Western Isles .
