Happy New Year and a reminder of opening times over Hogmanay

Happy New Year to all contributors to Island Blogging. May 2008 be a healthy, happy and prosperous year for you.

IBHQ will close for the countdown to the bells this evening before reopening on Thursday 3 January.

You can still submit posts and comments which will be dealt with when IBHQ reopens.
