Chelmsford District Libraries are part of Essex County Library services and are working with the 大象传媒 to help create an archive of reminiscences of those who lived during World War Two. Each library will be promoting the 大象传媒 website and encouraging people to share their memories.Access to the Internet is free in all Essex Libraries and staff will be on hand to help.
