Season 2

Adam had been held by The Company for 30 years and was, at that point, 400 years old. Befriending Peter, they made a break for it and escaped. After murdering Victoria Pratt the two headed off to find Strain 138 of the Virus. Finding the strain in the basement of Primatech Paper's Office, Odessa, Texas, Adam wanted to release it into the world but the other heroes managed to stop him. Hiro had the last laugh when he transported Adam back to his father's coffin and left him there to rot.

Season 3

Hiro soon needed his help and dug Adam back up. Hiro needed to find the formula, and while Adam initially agreed, he escaped when he had the chance. Unfortunately for Adam, he fell straight into the hands of Knox who took him to a grateful Arthur. Adam was terrified and tried to convince Arthur of his usefulness. Arthur agreed and stole Adam's ability. Unable to regenerate, and already hundreds of years old, Adam crumbled into dust and was no more.
