Favourite Surf Films: Mmm....point break??? no wait!!
Worst Wipeout: At the pass in Byron bay!!! All the longboarders were getting the waves so I decided to go right next to the rocks on the point so I could catch the waves first.....the waves barrelled a lot steeper there & I nearly ate rock.
Favourite Manoeuvre: Smacking the lip gently 'cos my board won't turn fast enough, accidental floaters, stylish exit manoevures..
Worst Surfing Habit: Always going right on waves even if it's a left hander. I don't like lefts okay!
Best Surfing Experience: Got my mate from London to come surfing down in Porthcawl, it was hit or miss if it was going to be good. Pulled up into rest bay, really hot and sunny and a beautiful clean 3 foot swell running. Reminded me of when we all used to surf in Bournemouth, except with better waves!
Weirdest Surfing Experience: I once had something bump into my leg whilst waiting in the line up in porthcawl... don't know what it was...oh yeah, once had good surf in Bournemouth too!
Other Interests: Football, tennis, wakeboarding, singing and playing guitar, playing a bit of X box (loser I know), used to skim board which was good fun, staring at magic seaweed waiting for the swell to build....and drinking dirty pints!
