Were you in the services during the war?
Did you have to cope with rationing and other restrictions on the Home Front?
Do you have memories of this period, especially the Doodlebugs?
Where were you on VE day?
Do you remember the shortages, utility clothing and furniture? Make do and mend, Soap rationing, etc. Come and look at our displays and maybe they will jog your memory so that you can add your story to this 大象传媒 website.

1. Thank you very much to everyone who has contributed srories through us. We have had several very successful sessions at the Local History Centre and one at Epsom Library and I am sure that all those who visited us enjoyed themselves.

2.Although we are not having any more special evemts, we will still continue to take any stories that anyone wished to give us.

3. You can also contact Bourne Hall Museum and make an appointment for someone to take down your story. Tel no: 020 8394 1734

4. Write your story down and give or send it to us at the Epsom and Ewell Local and Family History Centre in Bourne Hall, Ewell
