Welcome to the CSV Media/大象传媒 Radio Solent People's War page. Over the last six or so months, we've been helping local people add their WW2 stories to the People's War website.

Unfortunately the project has come to an end now and we're no longer able to accept stories for the archive. If you have already sent your story in though don't worry, we will be adding it to the site just as soon as we can.

Thanks to our great team of volunteers we've collected some amazing stories. Some are moving, some are funny, but all help to paint a picture of what the Second World War was really like for people in the Solent area - and beyond. So please feel free to browse and we hope that you get as much out of your visit as we did putting it all together.
