5 celebrity siblings who are exactly like the rest of us

One celebrity in the family? That's major. But two celebrities in the family? Well that's straight up unrelatable, right? Nah-uh, honey.

Miley and Noah Cyrus have some pretty weird onstage antics

They involve water guns and, erm, spit...

From Gigi and Bella to Bey and Solange, turns out that even our favourite celebs keep it real when it comes to their siblings, even down to the dodgy childhood outfits and the blanked text messages. Here's all the proof you need that your favourite familial stars live life like the rest of us...

Miley & Noah Cyrus

After revealing that, in the name of onstage antics, her little sister Noah recently spat in her mouth (don't know what we're talking about? ), Miley dished on some of the more normal sister scenarios that go down in Casa del Cyrus during her Ask Anything Chat on YouTube.

Turns out that even Miley Cyrus - one of the coolest big sisters in the biz, surely - gets left on read by her little sister. Reading out a fan question about the possibility of the two singers doing a duet (we can dream), Miley sort of dashed all hopes when she announced that she can't even get a text back.

"'Can you text Noah and tell her that the two of you' - UGH, if she'd ever text me back! - 'and tell her that the two of you need to record a song together?' I text Noah all the time and she never texts me back."

C'mon, Noah. TEXT BACK. It's the collab we never knew we needed.

Gigi & Bella Hadid

It's reassuring to know that not even supermodels can escape the inevitability of having to don a novelty Christmas hat. It is, however, an inevitability that they look a whole lot better doing it than we do.

Gigi and Bella Hadid regularly gush over each other on the 'Gram (we'd do the same if our sister selfies took place at the MET Gala, to be fair), but their sibling love-fest doesn't end there; it extends to their little brother, Anwar, too.

Reciprocating the sisterly love in an interview with Nylon Mag, the up-and-coming model confirmed that his sisters are just as awesome and well-rounded as we feared: "My family is my foundation. My sisters are awesome; they probably taught me everything I ever need to know about girls."

Beyonc茅 & Solange Knowles

It's hard to believe that Beyoncé and Solange Knowles are mere mortals like the rest of us earth dwellers but mere mortals they are, and their relationship sounds pretty normal if you ask us.

Chatting on The Early Show back in 2008, Tina Knowles (their mum, duh) spilled the beans on what Bey and Solange got up to as kids, including - but not limited to - making a song and dance of everything: "... All the time. Making up dance routines, harmonising, putting on shows... Nobody wanted to come to my house." Umm, we wouldn't mind an invite.

And if that isn't enough to convince you, Tina and Bey celebrated Solange's Saturday Night Live set by insisting on lifting her up for a photo opp, despite Solange pleading "I'm 30 years old!" When your mum and big sis tell you to get in formation, you get in formation.

But it's not all impromptu talent shows and SNL appearances, as the sister's proved when they interviewed each other for Interview Magazine. When Queen B quizzed her little sis on how she did in the sibling stakes ("And, honestly, growing up, how did I do as a big sister?"), Solange's response was enough to melt our icy hearts...

"You did a kickass job. You were the most patient, loving, wonderful sister ever. In the 30 years that we've been together, I think we've only really, like, butted heads... we can count on one hand."

Chris & Liam Hemsworth

Part of being a good sibling is making sure your relatives know that, no matter what greatness they achieve, you'll be there to bring them back down to reality with a bump. Or a doodle. Whatever floats your boat. In Chris and Liam Hemsworth's case, it's the latter.

The Aussie brothers have well and truly taken Hollywood by storm but, despite their immense accolades, they still find time to doodle on each other's magazine covers. Yup, sounds like something we'd do.

Chronicling their brotherly bond to Conan in 2012, it seems as though, much like the rest of us, Chris and Liam spent a lot of their youth play-fighting: "It got pretty bad. Me and my older brother never fought but me and Chris would fight non-stop, to the point where I remember that my mum and dad went away... and me and Luke, my oldest brother, stayed at my grandma's house and Chris had to stay at my uncle's house."

Jaden & Willow Smith

OK, so this photo doesn't scream 'relatable' but trust us when we say that wiser-than-their-years Jaden and Willow (the offspring of Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith) are more like the rest of us than you think.

Interviewed by Pharrell for Interview Magazine (still not all that relatable but bear with us), the siblings dished on their evolving fashion sense and inclination for a superhero costume:

"Me and Jaden, when we were younger... Ooh! We would wear the craziest things. Jaden would only wear his Spider-Man costume. I would freaking mismatch every single shirt and pants in my closet. We would just be so rambunctious with our clothing choices."

Relatable, at last. Been there, done that, got the questionable childhood photos to prove it.
