6 stars dish on their guilty pleasures

Guilty pleasures: we've all got 'em... but should we have? If Love Island - y'know, that wildly popular reality show that Stormzy, Adele and Liam Gallagher can't get enough of - is top of your guilty pleasure list, you might want to reconsider your stance.

The voice of Love Island dishes on why it's no longer a guilty pleasure

Could a BAFTA be on the Love Island horizon? Iain Stirling definitely thinks so.

Dishing on the shows stratospheric success, the witty voice of Love Island (A.K.A. comedian Iain Stirling) had this to say about people who, , keep their love for LI on the DL: "I think the numbers now, especially for a digital channel, I don't think you can call it a guilty pleasure. Like, some of the scenes - if they weren't reality TV stars - they'd be BAFTAs kicking about." You heard it here first, guys.

Louis Tomlinson's affinity for that famous villa aside, we started wondering: what other guilty pleasures are our favourite celebs harbouring? Well, wonder no more...

Snoop Dogg

You take one Snoop Dogg (real name: Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr.), add a whole lot of soggy bottoms, throw in a couple of national treasures and what do you get? Snoop's deep-burning love for the Great British Bake Off, of course.

Speaking to the Daily Star, the rapper revealed his surprising TV habits: "Bake Off is one of the greatest shows on TV. I guess people might be a little shocked to hear me say that but people are seeing a different side to me these days.

Those guys kill it every season. You want to learn from the best. The guy is cool but it’s all about my homegirl Mary. You know she is the boss. I would love to meet up with her and get some tips.”

We feel a TV show coming on... When Mary Berry Met Snoop Dogg? We'd watch it.

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez has achieved a hell of a lot during her 25 years gracing this earth, but she's still yet to tick a pretty major milestone off her life to-do list: release a pickle cookbook. We kid you not.

Speaking to The Mirror, the Bad Liar singer explained her penchant for a pickle or ten: “I’m obsessed with them. I drink the juice from the jar too. I go to the movies and have popcorn and pickles. I may bring out a pickle cookbook.”

If it's good enough for Selena... Can someone grab us popcorn and pickles, stat?

Harry Styles

OK, so this is less of a guilty pleasure and more of a 'just when we thought we couldn't love Harry Styles any more' moment, but let's roll with it. Harry's favourite move is... The Notebook. *fans self*

As well as citing the film as his absolute fave during his Carpool Karaoke with James Corden, Hazza also chatted to 4Music about watching the rom-com with his pals: “I was at home the other day with a couple of lads because the football was on, so we were being lads…and then, the football finished so were like ‘Oh we’ll watch some TV’, and we ended up watching The Notebook!”

But the most conclusive piece of evidence we've got on Styles' adoration of the Nicholas Sparks classic? Grimmy hooked his bezzie up to a heart monitor and showed him a photo of a topless Ryan Gosling. Harry's heart rate jumped from 66 to 81 and we've never related to him more.

Little Mix

Spilling all to a radio station, the ladies of Little Mix fired off their guilty pleasures like so: Leigh-Anne is fond of Jeremy Kyle, Jesy digs a bit of TOWIE and Jade has a soft spot for Sudoku. (What about Perrie, we hear you ask? TBC.)

In the same interview, Olly Alexander of Years & Years said that his guilty pleasure was Little Mix's hair. It's pretty impressive to be fair... So. Much. Volume.

Justin Bieber

Another day, another star telling all to the Daily Star. Who is it this time? None other than Justin Bieber, 'fessing about his love for Newcastle's finest...

"I was over in England last year and caught Geordie Shore on MTV. And those guys are insane. I mean, we had Jersey Shore over here. But these guys on Geordie Shore are on another level. It's kind of got me hooked.

I always watch it whenever I can now, just to see what they can get up to next. They party way harder than I have ever been able to. The guys look like a lot of fun and the girls are hot, but there is no way I would ever be able to keep up with them!"

Same, Biebs. Same.

Who among us hasn't found themselves wondering what Queen Bey gets up to her in spare time? Thought as much. Turns out that, much like Bieber, Beyoncé is privy to a bit of reality TV; most notably, Jersey Shore.

"In my free time I prefer to do nothing but sit on the couch and watch TV," she told InStyle. "I have to confess that my guilty pleasure is Jersey Shore. I love going to the movies and to Broadway plays too. When I get home, the first thing I do is take off my stilettos and flick on the TV!"

Swap the stilettos for sandals and Bey could honestly be any of us.

We're gonna put it out there, guys: maybe it's time we dropped the 'guilty' in guilty pleasure? These things sound straight-up great to us.
