Sexpert Alix Fox joins Katie and Dr Radha to answer questions on unconventional sex and relationships.
And while celebs might have access to jets and travel hook-ups, it turns out that their relationship struggles are pretty similar to ours. Whether they made it work or not, the advice these celebs have for long distance love is priceless...
Ed Sheeran
From to announcing a world tour, it's safe to say that Ed Sheeran is a pretty busy guy. But in spite of his work commitments, Ed is still going strong with his girlfriend (and old school pal) Cherry Seaborn. The secret to their relationship success? Making time for each other.
Spilling all to Beats 1, Ed got surprisingly candid about his new beau: "This has been the first time I've actually had the time to fall in love properly. So the catalyst of taking a year off was also the fact that my partner quit her job in New York — which she's now got back in London, which is really cool — but we were just basically like, let's quit our jobs and have a year of forming a tight bond. So we went travelling and spent every day for a year together.
I feel like everything’s fallen into place, and it’s fallen into place because I’ve given it the time to fall into place."
Is this Ed's first time giving a transatlantic relationship a go? Probably not considering he penned Photograph - a song dedicated to LDR's - back in 2K14...

Grab your tissues because the chorus is sure to make you feel all sorts of emotional...
"We keep this love in a photograph / We made these memories for ourselves / Where our eyes are never closing / Hearts are never broken / And time’s forever frozen still"
Ellie Goulding
While Ellie Goulding and Dougie Poynter might have called it quits, it doesn't stop Ellie's LDR advice from being relevant:
"You know we work it out, we figure it out. We're pretty realistic with things and we're pretty sensible about it so we just see each other when we can." Speaking to Glamour, Ellie gave us wise words aplenty: "Long distance isn’t easy at all. You have to work at it, like anything in life."
It's a given that maintaining a relationship when you don't see each other all that often isn't a walk in the park and Dr Radha suggests being mindful at all times: "Long distance relationships can be challenging. It takes more effort to see each other and you have to be mindful of having your own life but also balancing that with seeing your partner as well as helping them feel included in your life."
Perrie Edwards
It's no secret that, prior to dating Arsenal footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Perrie Edwards was engaged to One Direction star Zayn Malik (dubbed 'Zerrie' - what else?!).
The key to a happy relationship is communicationDr Radha
How easy is it to be in a relationship where both halves are part of mega successful bands with jam-packed schedules? Not all that easy, we'd imagine. Chatting to Tabloid back in 2014, the Little Mix singer said: "Finding a time when we're both off, we're both free, is difficult."
"We talk to each other every day either on the phone or on Skype," Perrie told The Mirror. "I think keeping each other updated on what’s going on and having something to talk about is the main key. I always save my funny stories to tell him!"
While Zerrie might not have lasted the distance, Dr Radha seconds Perrie's advice: "The key to a happy relationship is communication but even more so with long distance, so make sure you're talking regularly and sort out problems as soon as they start appearing. Practical arrangements like how often you're going to see each other and where, are really important to sort out from the start."
Jennifer Lawrence
While Jennifer Lawrence tends to keep her romantic life pretty private, we do know that she dated British actor Nicholas Hoult for a whopping five years before breaking up around the same time she wrapped The Hunger Games, back in 2015.
With a sea separating both actors, it's safe to say that both J Law and Nicholas have a pretty good idea of what a long distance relationship entails. Speaking to More! Magazine, the Jennifer dished on the struggles of keeping the love afloat:
"There are sacrifices with any job. With this one, you're in a long-distance relationship with pretty much everybody in your life. It's hard sometimes, it's obviously a very lonely life but it's still worth it."
The key to a relationship according to J Law? Chemistry, ofc.
"It's all about chemistry. You can meet somebody and sparks fly immediately and you're attracted right away - that totally happens. Or you can meet another where yes, they're funny, nice and a great person, but you just don't have chemistry. And without that it just doesn't work."
Vanessa Hudgens
Losing all hope that a long distance relationship just won't work? Don't. Here to prove that distance doesn't have to be a deal-breaker is Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler.
Vanessa - unofficial queen of Coachella and official High School Musical alumni - has been in a relationship with actor Austin Butler for an impressive six years now. In terms of handling distance woes, these guys seem to have got it sussed.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Austin shared how the couple uplift each other: "It's important to put that other person first. If you're constantly looking for ways that you can make them happy, and they're constantly looking for ways that they can make you happy, then you kind of lift each other up as much as possible and you can’t go wrong."
And as far as Vanessa's advice goes, it seems like communication reigns supreme. "Just communication, communication is key," the actress told People. "I think that if anything’s bothering you, don’t hold it in. Always bring it up and just talk about it. Uncensor yourself and just be open.”
